Return of the Obra Dinn is a detective puzzle in which the player identifies the fate of everyone aboard a lost ship. A watch shows the last moment of a dead crew member, and names have to be worked out from context.
Portal 2
Portal 2 is a first-person puzzle game built around a device that creates linked portals on flat surfaces. Chambers are solved by redirecting momentum and light, and a separate campaign adds two-player puzzles with their own dialogue.

Disco Elysium follows a disgraced detective investigating a murder in a city recovering from a failed revolution. Skills argue with each other inside the character's head, and dialogue checks resolve most conflicts instead of combat.
