Valor Mortis Cast Adds Behemoth's Nergal
The upcoming soulslike reveals a voice roster led by a black metal frontman, plus Jennifer English and Vincent Cassel.
Valor Mortis has revealed the cast lending voices to its supernatural war, and it reaches well beyond games for one of its leads. Adam Nergal Darski, frontman of Polish black metal band Behemoth, plays Captain Raphael, joining a roster that also includes Jennifer English and James Alexander.
The soulslike comes from the studio behind Ghostrunner and casts players as William, a soldier fighting former comrades who have become undead amid Napoleon's endless campaign. Vincent Cassel voices Napoleon himself. It launches on October 13 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at $40, a few weeks later than first planned.
