CD Projekt Red has confirmed the release times and download sizes for The Witcher 3 Remastered, the free upgrade to its 2015 role-playing game. It unlocks at the same moment worldwide: early morning on the US west coast, mid-morning in the UK, on Tuesday September 29.
The remaster is a free update for existing owners, which is why the studio is publishing the size of the download in advance rather than a price. It arrives during an unusually packed autumn that has already seen several remasters and re-releases competing for the same players.
