Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 mod adds multiplayer
The KCD Multiplayer project entered open beta at the weekend, offering free roam for several players, duelling and proximity voice chat.
The single-player medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 now has a multiplayer mod. Its makers describe KCD Multiplayer as a platform for the game rather than a mod that simply drops a second player into the story, and it is intended to serve as ground for several kinds of play.
The project entered open beta over the past weekend. Players can enter a free roam version of the world that supports multiple people at once, without quests or story content, with working proximity voice chat and duelling. Groups can join a dedicated roleplay server or host their own, with details on the mod's site and Discord.
