EVE Frontier's next test build arrives on September 29
Cycle 7, subtitled Vestiges, brings reworked systems to the survival MMO as it works towards a full launch.
EVE Frontier moves to its Cycle 7 test build on September 29 under the name Vestiges. Each cycle is a fresh crack at the survival MMO's systems rather than a content patch, and this one is reported to bring more complex flight handling, reworked exploration and better enemy AI.
The game is a long-running experiment from CCP set in the EVE universe, built around player-run economies and persistent worlds. It has been in testing for well over a year, and the studio has been using the cycles to iterate publicly rather than hold changes back for a launch version.
