DAWNGAZER suddenly adds Xbox after a wave of fan requests
Announced days earlier for PS5, Switch 2 and PC only, the action RPG from Unicorn Overlord's director now has an Xbox version too.
The action RPG DAWNGAZER has picked up an Xbox version just days after being announced for PS5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC alone. The developers credited the addition to fan requests, which followed the usual frustration from Xbox owners at being left off a multi-platform list.
The project is led by Takafumi Noma, who directed Unicorn Overlord, and it is still some way off: 2028 is the current launch window. That leaves the team room to add formats, and the report treats the reversal as a rare case of a studio listening to demand from one console's players.
