Witcher 3 remaster leads a crowded Xbox week
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster, Ace Combat 8, Minecraft Dungeons II and Gears of War: E-Day early access all land between 28 September and 2 October.
Xbox's release calendar for 28 September to 2 October is unusually busy. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster and Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve are the biggest third-party arrivals, and two first-party titles sit alongside them.
Minecraft Dungeons II launches inside that window, and Gears of War: E-Day opens its early access period before joining Game Pass on 6 October. For anyone holding a subscription, the week works out as a queue rather than a shopping list.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt follows Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter searching for his ward Ciri across a war-torn region. Quests often resolve through dialogue and consequence rather than combat alone.
