Warhammer 3 Player Count Rises Fivefold After End Times DLC
Lords of the End Times launched on September 24, and Steam concurrents climbed from about 19,000 to a 102,000 peak, the busiest the game has been since August 2022.
Total War: Warhammer 3 has seen its concurrent player count on Steam climb roughly fivefold since the Lords of the End Times expansion launched on September 24. The game averaged about 19,000 players beforehand, then peaked at 102,000, a jump that followed a strongly positive response from the community.
The expansion is one of the largest the strategy title has received. It adds four legendary lords, including the necromancer Nagash, along with eight legendary heroes, two dozen regular units, a dozen regiments of renown and a new endgame. The game has not been this busy since August 2022.
