Suri: The Seventh Note launches on PS5 on October 30
The rhythm action platformer arrives on PS5 on October 30 after four years, with an island and soundtrack built around Indian traditions.
Suri: The Seventh Note, a debut title backed by the PlayStation India Hero Project, arrives on PS5 on October 30 after four years of development. It is a rhythm action platformer, and every environment, character and animation has been illustrated by hand to give it a distinctive visual identity.
The game's island draws on Indian art and architecture, blending Rajput forts, Theyyam traditions, Himalayan monasteries and regional cultures into one fantasy setting. Music is central: about 80 percent of the soundtrack was recorded with original analogue instruments rather than synthesisers, with each instrument chosen to match its region, from a veena in the south to Rajasthan's traditions in the desert.
