Lords of the End Times Lets Players Rewrite Warhammer Lore
Buying any single character from the expansion unlocks the full Immortal Empires campaign for $9, letting players overturn an ending long disliked by Warhammer fans.
The Lords of the End Times expansion for Total War: Warhammer 3 offers something the original lore never allowed: a chance to rewrite the End Times. Buying any single character from the expansion, among them Boris, Thanquol, Nagash or The Glottkin, unlocks the Immortal Empires campaign for $9.
That campaign now spans three games and around 110 legendary lords and factions, though this version does not let players pick everyone. In one example, a run as the Fay Enchantress ended with the sorcerer crushed at his Black Pyramid instead of the triumph he was written to enjoy.
