Invincible VS Adds Angstrom Levy as DLC Fighter
The multiversal antagonist opens Season Two, playable first at Evo France before his October 13 release.
Skybound Entertainment and Quarter Up have confirmed Angstrom Levy as the next DLC fighter for Invincible VS, opening the fighting game's Season Two roster. The multiversal antagonist becomes playable for the first time at Evo France from October 10 to 12, ahead of a full release on October 13, giving attendees hands-on time before everyone else.
Levy is built as a zoning-focused character whose kit revolves around portals and orbs. Portals serve as attack, defence and mobility options, and careful placement can turn them into traps, while his orbs can be summoned and commanded, giving him several ways to shape a match. Because those tools interact in unique ways, the character rewards players who experiment with setups and creative battlefield control. The design draws on his comic-book origin, in which a dimensional accident left him disfigured and aware of countless alternate selves, fracturing his mind and leaving him seeking revenge on Invincible. Invincible VS is a tag-team fighter drawing on the comic series by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley.
