GTA 6 radio lineup revealed, metal returns with Slayer hosting
Rockstar names six stations for Leonida, from Latin and country to a returning heavy-metal outlet fronted by legends of the band.
Rockstar Games has pulled back the curtain on part of Grand Theft Auto 6's radio lineup, and metal fans finally have a home again. Reports point to The Chamber 106.6 as a dedicated station mixing classic and modern heavy tracks, with legends of Slayer on hosting duty, restoring the kind of metal channel the series has lacked since earlier entries. The same reveal confirmed Cocoteo FM for modern Latin music and Back Country Radio for outlaw country, with Bad Bunny and Lana Del Rey lending their voices as DJs, while Del Rey's husband voices a roving reporter character.
The wider dial spreads across genres: AfroBank FM covers African music, Flash FM leans into easy-listening pop, and Dirty South Classics rounds out the selection with regional rap and hip-hop. Rockstar had previously teased the next evolution of in-game radio, and the game's upcoming album is said to include 34 tracks written specifically for it, with contributions from artists such as Keith Richards and Travis Scott. Grand Theft Auto 6 is headed for release in the coming weeks.
